Great, I can fix the documentation (and I really didn’t intend to jump into 
source code). Assuming I can figure out how to submit my patches, I already 
have one for the web server section (5.10).

 

I didn’t mean to start here, but it was making me crazy because

1.       It has a list with a single element.

 

It just looks – off.

That is not my problem, though it would be nice to have easy navigation.

The problem is that the section of the manual for explorer context menus 
(5.2.1) shows pictures of the menus without explaining what the different items 
do.

The workbench part of the manual provides somewhat more details; I was 
presuming that some of this info was relevant to the context menus since it was 
the same underlying function.
