Hi Guys,
I've spent hours reading docs and tutorials trying to get up and going with
TortoiseHg. I'm totally confused. We have two developers that need to work
on a project. We've both installed TortoiseHg and created repositories on
our local computers. I've installed Mercurial on a Linux server and both of
us have updated the server with our code. These showed up as Rev. 0 & 1 on
the server and I can browse them with the web interface.
Using TortoiseHg Workbench, I merged these two Revs to make Rev 2 and tried
to pull the other developer's changes to my local computer. TH says "no
changes found". I then tried merging again which just created an additional
merge (Rev 3) which I cannot now remove. I committed which created Rev 4
and I still can't get any of the files to update on my local computer.
Why is this so hard? What am I missing?
