Hi, I have some hooks that remove some changes from the working directory;
Specifically, they unapply MQ patches from a subrepository.

When used from the command line those hooks work just right, but when used from
the tortoisehg workbench they trigger a "You have modified files" dialog, even
if the hook operation would have left a clean repository.

This is very confusing to my less technical users(who are the ones using
tortoisehg the most), an an annoyance to everybody else; I have been looking
for a hook that gets run before the confirmation dialogs but I haven't found
any documented.

Is there any undocumented hook or a way to ignore by default changes in a
subrepository?

Thanks,
Arnau
