Hi!

First of all, thanks for the great product! One of my open source projects
decided to switch to Github recently and being a Windows based developer, I
can keep working on the project in part due to the TortoiseHg project (and
the projects working on the inter-op of course).

I'm experiencing one issue and I'm hoping you can help: On many github
interactions, TortoiseHg doesn't complete its actions until the SSH session
it opened to the git server times out (i.e. is closed by the git servers --
it also works if I kill TortoisePlink.exe through the task manager, btw).

On Debian I had the same issue, but I was able to resolve it by installing
the latest Hg version (2.9.2 -- compiled from source) and a newer (but not
too recent) hg-git (version 0.4.0).

I've used both hg-git 0.5.0 and current tip of the master branch, but
neither solved the issue. Is this a known issue? And if not, what more
information can I provide to help you diagnose my problem?
