Hi Justin, If you go into Settings and check under General, Dialogs 3 there is a setting to use Shelfing(sic) V3. Does that work for you?
The shelving support support in Subversion could use some work, that is why it is still experimental. If you have any input that would surely be welcome, either on the TortoiseSVN side (UI side) or on [email protected] (for issues with the shelving itself).
