Here is my first pass at learning objectives for the chapter and all
main sections in the "Explaining the Code" chapter on open community
documentation.

To do that, I wrote this guide on writing learning objectives, which
is intended to be included (transcluded) at the end of each page on a
chapter's learning objectives.  It's purpose is a writing and reading
aid so each page stands alone.

Please critique and help me get this correct.  It's the same method we
need to apply to the other chapters, and apply to new chapters yet to
come.
