i didnt found this in the TOS, but:- they delete your account without, mentioning why, they just generally point to artice §4 or §6 - §10 of their policies. they would give you more deteiled information. they can't recover your project.
bad- they inform you about it. - they say you have 28 day time to save your data via ftp. - no acees to mysql - which is were the important data lives mostly
and thy remove the links to ftp and mysql, you wont find it if you havent saved it by yourself before..
