Like JC Torpey above, I also write a *lot* of terms of service agreements
and privacy policies. I'm a privacy attorney, and that's a big part of what
I *do*. Most of my clients are online startups and app developers, so I'm
pretty familiar with the legalese that needs to be covered. I'd be happy to
contribute to a project like this.

The one word of caution: some aspects of a project like this will be pretty
easy to do with boilerplate, especially with things like privacy policies
(and that's why you see quite a few really good privacy policy generators
online). However, a lot of aspects of this project will be extremely
difficult to do with boilerplate, especially in regards to things like
terms of service agreements (and that's why you *don't* see a lot of really
good terms of service generators online). Terms of Service agreements
describe the company's relationship with the user; therefore, they have to
be pretty situation-specific.

Guidelines will probably be easier than a template, but that's something we
could discuss.
