Dear Sir or Madam,
FC2 (fc2.com) is a free internet portal providing free blogs, free websites,
free video-hosting, among other services. There is a problem, though. They are
Japanese, and the English in their page is not bad, but not great either.
That hinders understanding, as is example in "Should users do not lower the
bandwidth despite of our warning, they might be banned from any use of the
service", and I would like to ask you to analyse the terms of services and
privacy policies.
