A few weeks after you posted this, they changed it to:

your acceptance of our Terms, as amended. If you do not agree to our Terms,
as amended, you must stop using our Services. Please review our Terms from
time to time.
So they say they will provide notice "as appropriate". This is maybe a bit
of an original and interpretable formulation, but it's definitely better
than saying nothing about giving notice.
I created a new case about this in the 'change-notice' topic:
