Maybe it's a bit of a blindside to TOSDR, but what's good for you might be bad 
for me. A tricky, but not "unconquerable" problem to solve. Eg. ask users 2 or 
3 questions when they first visit and colour/rate accordingly. Until something 
like that gets implemented, "Neutral" is probably reasonable.
