The way i got my refund was by going to their help but i will go ahead and send you the email that replied to me because i do not remember how i did it. [email protected] I dont know if this will work as i dont use the subscription anymore so if it doesnt a little searching on their page and they have an exact help page dedicated to people like us who made that mistake. And i think you should be able to email them from there. If not keep looking on their website because thats how i got in contact with them was because i found the “contact us” customer service part.
