I took a subscription for a month on 28/08/21 which cost dollar of 30, I 
forgot to cancel my subscription on month-end and they charged me another 
30 dollars on 28/09/21. as I got the message of 30 dollar deduction, I 
immediately went on to their support page and select the option of refund 
and raise the ticket. I got the message from their side amount after 2 
hours stating, "we have refunded the renewal amount and canceled your 
premium subscription from our end for the next month and the amount will 
reflect in your bank statement within 10 business days.  so They do refund 
if you ask for the refund or cancel on the day of the renewable date. If 
you ask for a refund the next day of your renewal and amount deduction, you 
won't get any refund.
