Yo Vince and the Maddie posse,

A very valid argument, Vince. However, how many of us couldn't wait to get
our hands on the remastered versions of the 6 original studio albums last
year? The release of The Lot was a monumental day for Maddie fans
everywhere. The difference in listening to those albums compared to the
original Compact Price releases was night and day. Hence, I think the new
Divine Madness is also an essential release because we get It Must Be Love,
House Of Fun, Driving In My Car, Wings Of A Dove, The Sun And The Rain and
(Waiting For The) Ghost Train all remastered for the first time ever. Add
to that all the original single versions of The Prince, One Step Beyond,
The Return Of The Los Palmas 7, Cardiac Arrest, Tomorrow's Just Another Day
and the shortened single version of Shut Up all on one album for the first
time ever and it adds up to amazing album.
And then they throw in Lovestruck for good measure which sits comfortably
alongside all the classic singles as if it had been there all along! And
it's presence might help draw the album to the attention of a few younger
folk who didn't know Wonderful had ever come out.
>'Divine Madness,STILL possibly the best album in the
>world'.
Definitely!
Cheers for now,
Peter
