Bug description:
Under certain circumstances, clicking the root section of the path bar
in the folder browsing mode of the files place, doesn't take you to
the root section.
To reproduce:
1) Enter files place
2) Click a folder in the Favorite Folders group
3) Click the All Files section on the pathbar
