Title:
[phone app] When dialling, do not restrict number input

Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch:
  Confirmed
Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Fix Committed
Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I know that there was a bug reported which said exactly the opposite:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dialer-app/+bug/1082054

However, there shouldn't be any restriction on how many digits user can input
into the Dialer.
Prepaid vouchers and other use cases require in many cases more than 20
digits.

  --------------------------------------------------------------------------
  Desired solution:
User should be able to input as many numbers as needed. The minimum font size
is large. If number input exceeds 19 digits, three dots on the left hand side
should indicate that input field is scrollable.
