You have been subscribed to a public bug: In the second step of the initial wizard after picking the wifi to connect to, the bubble dialog comes up for the passphrase. There, the 'Connect to "<ssid>", "Cancel", and "Connect" buttons are untranslated; curiously, the "Show password" label of the checkbox is translated.
When doing the same operation later in the system settings app, the dialog is completely translated. Thus I think the problem isn't untranslated strings, but that the choice of language in the initial step somehow doesn't restart already existing services under the new locale? I attach a screenshot of the connection dialog from the initial wizard. ** Affects: ubuntu-translations Importance: Medium Status: Triaged ** Affects: unity8 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: qa-daily-testing rtm14 touch -- wizard: partially untranslated "Connect to <wifiname>" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1354325 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity8 in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
