Title:
Unity Launcher gnome-terminal opens but another icon has left side
  arrow

Status in Unity:
  New
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Unity 12.04.1

  Observations:
step 1: gnome-terminal icon is present in Unity Launcher after locking it to
the launcher. Install is fresh.
Clicking icon worked perfectly : terminal opens and it's icon had left arrow.

step 2: I've made a custom eclipse.desktop file with option
"Terminal=false". Drag and drop .desktop file into Launcher. Works
  fine.

step 3: change eclipse.desktop file with option "Terminal=true", now
when I click on gnome-terminal icon from : terminal opens BUT appears
in the Launcher as a eclipse instance:

gnome-terminal icon has no left arrow
eclipse icon has a left arrow. When clicking it, shows the new terminal that
I opened.

Seems to be "Terminal=true" option that mess up the link between icon
  and running instance.
