STEPS:
1. On a BQ device install the terminal and d-day tower defense
2. Open the terminal and run free -h
3. Open d-day and start the game playing
4. Flip back to the terminal and run free -h again
5. There should be about 21MB free
6. Put the phone to sleep
7. Now call the phone
8. As the dialer app is opened it looks like the oom killer kills the open apps
which in turn triggers apport which then hog the cpu
EXPECT:
I expect to the able to answer the call with no issues
ACTUAL:
The phone can lock up completely making it impossible to answer the call, the
call goes to answering machine and when the phone is able to be used you get
the missed call notification.

Oom killer can trigger a crash which will cause a lot of io on the cpu stopping
the call from being answered
