Public bug reported:

The stable-phone-overlay now has 15.10 on the device, but there is no
corresponding security policy. In essence, two things need to happen:
1. apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu needs to be adjusted to ship 15.10 policy that
works on a 15.04 device (which might be different than 15.10 policy on a 15.10
device)
2. click-apparmor needs to be adjusted to map the policy

'2' means that upgraders will have to endure the time-consuming policy
recompile ('1' does not because nothing will be changing in the
non-15.10 policy). To avoid '2' in the future, we might be able to
backport some functionality from wily's click-apparmor so that things
can be done at runtime rather than hardcoded.
