Bug description:
The launcher is sometimes stuck as revealed when it should be auto
hiding, desktop or open windows.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way to reproduce this.
But it often happens right after I login. It can usually be reset by
pressing Super or the top launcher button (with the swirling Ubuntu
icon).
It may be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1155598
since the work-around is identical and the observation somewhat
similar.
