Does the device detect the headset and is it somehow surfaced in the device UI?
Do you have any screenshots what is happening on the UI during that instance?

Bug description:
When I get incomming calls there is no notice on my bluetooth headset,
about these. This happened when the phone was silenced and also when
it was not. When the phone was not silenced, it at least did a little
  crack.

There should be a notification in both cases.
