Steps to reproduce: 1) launch the browser, browse to a page that has more content than fits in the viewport 2) verify that you can scroll up/down the page by dragging the scrollbar handle 3) open the drawer menu, click "new tab", verify you get the new tab view with a list of bookmarks and top sites 4) open any of the bookmarks or top sites 5) now try dragging the scrollbar handle up/down like in step 2 Expected result: the page scrolls as the handle is dragged. Actual result: the handle won’t move. Scrolling in the page with the mousewheel still works though.
