Title:
Support a keybinding for switching tabs

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Firefox and Chromium both use ctrl+pgup or ctrl+pgdown for previous-
tab and next-tab, respectively. Presumably we would want to do the
  same.
