Title:
In first run, a GPS app is not asking about location

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Confirmed
Status in location-service package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
From OTA4, the first you run a GPS application, it is not asking permission
for the location (and it hasn't permission).
If you kill the app, the next times will not ask either.
You have to reboot the phone, then in the first new run, yes, it will ask for
location.

  Thanks in advance!
