The "Status: purge ok installed" on the three netcat packages is not right. Could you please try:
sudo cp /var/lib/dpkg/status /var/lib/dpkg/status.orig sudo sed -i 's/purge ok installed/install ok installed/' /var/lib/dpkg/status and see if that helps?
