I’m not seeing that. Can you please be more specific. Are you seeing it on all pages, or only specific pages? Can you reliably reproduce the issue with a certain set of steps? What versions of webbrowser-app and liboxideqtcore0 are installed?

My guess is that the scroll position isn't being updated properly somewhere, so the scroll event tries to start at a different location from where the content currently is.
