I’m not seeing that. Can you please be more specific. Are you seeing it
on all pages, or only specific pages? Can you reliably reproduce the
issue with a certain set of steps? What versions of webbrowser-app and
liboxideqtcore0 are installed?

  desktop mousewheel scrolling is erratic

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When scrolling web pages on the desktop using the scrollwheel (or two-
  finger scrolling on a trackpad) the page will often jump up or down
  the page before performing the scroll in the size and direction of the
  scroll event. My guess is that the scroll position isn't being updated
  properly somewhere, so the scroll event tries to start at a different
  location from where the content currently is.
