Bug description:
how to experience
1. attach bt mouse, don't attach bt keyboard, rely on osk
2. go to store in dash, go to app preview click install
3. enter email, password & 2factor auth
expected: the text field being addressed should be made visible by scrolling
the app up
actual: you have to resize and move the window around b/c your text box gets
occluded by the osk
