The notebook will not play any sounds on headphones, only through the notebook speakers when headphones are disconnected. I then have to manually run alsamixer, unmute the Headphone setting and max it out to 100. This started to happen after upgrade to Ubuntu 15.10 - Ubuntu 15.04 worked fine.
