YES! I found the way to reproduce the bug!!!

sudo su

nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ; service network-manager restart ;
nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ; service network-manager restart

** Description changed:

  1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System
  -> About Ubuntu

  Description:  Ubuntu 15.10
  Release:      15.10

  2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
  pkgname' or by checking in Software Center

  network-manager:
    Installed: 1.0.4-0ubuntu5.1
    Candidate: 1.0.4-0ubuntu5.1
    Version table:
   *** 1.0.4-0ubuntu5.1 0
          500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ wily-updates/main amd64
Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
       1.0.4-0ubuntu5 0
          500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ wily/main amd64 Packages

  3) What you expected to happen

  Connection remain stable, without lags and randomly disconnects.

  4) What happened instead

  a. Wi-Fi randomly disconnects (dmesg shows Reason 3: DEAUTH LEAVING)
  b. Pages doesn't load properly. They load without CSS or without some images.
  c. Enable/disable airplane mode or running nmcli freezes the song that's
playing (like a DJ hahaha) and boosts the CPU usage.
  d. Connection becomes unstable after some time, especially after suspend.
  e. Network-manager applet doesn't show available networks after I disconnect,
only showing after running "sudo service network-manager restart" command.

  5) Steps that may help to reproduce the bug:
  1. Play some music. Enable and disable air plane mode constantly (if you have
an air plane button in your keyboard).

  2. Play some music. Go to "edit connections". Forget the network, wait 5
  seconds then enable and immediately disable air plane mode. This doesn't
  occur always.

  3. Running
- nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on
+ sudo su

- If the song doesn't freeze, run "nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ; sudo
- service network-manager restart ; nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ;
- sudo service network-manager restart"
+ nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ; service network-manager restart ;
+ nmcli r all off ; nmcli r all on ; service network-manager restart

  Sorry my english.
