Title:
videos imported from content-hub are not added to beginning of list

Bug description:
if you download a video from browser (using silo 17) or recv an video
attachment via MMS and save it to gallery via the content-hub, the
video is placed always after the photos in the Event view. We should
do the same as we do for photos that are imported into the gallery:
that is, videos imported via the content-hub should be placed first in
the Events view and Photos view list. Otherwise it is not clear at all
that the video was actually added and it's hard to find it if you have
a long list of photos already.
