Title:
Removing media doesn't update the scopes

Status in unity-scope-mediascanner package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Adding media to the phone via mtp correctly emits signals in
mediascanner which get picked up by the scope and updates the UI, but
removing media doesn't get picked up by the scope and doesn't update
the UI, although after a search the removed media disappear, we should
be striving for similar experience as when adding media.
