TEST CASE: 1. Enable flight mode, verify that flight mode is indicated, Wi-Fi switch is off. 2. Reboot phone. EXPECTED: Flight mode engaged, Wi-Fi disabled. ACTUAL: Flight mode engaged, Wi-Fi enabled.
