ubuntu-ui-toolkit, therefore I am adding the ubuntu-ui-toolkit package
to this bug report.

Bug description:
Very minor but doesn't look designed, will add a screenie--under the
"Albums" label. Depends on the scrolling state, roll-down state of
header.
