Cannot import contacts from SIM card

Bug description:
When i try to import contracts from the SIM card i receive a error
message that says "Falha ao ler cartão SIM" - error reading the SIM
card.
I already reinstalled the OS and it give me the same error.
I'm using a BQ Aquaris 4.5 Ubuntu Edition
