Bug description:
  During account set up in the OOBE experience, there are several
  references to "phone" that should be changed to "tablet":

  Lang selection: "Welcome to your Ubuntu phone"
  Lock security: "Please select how you'd like to unlock your phone"
  Location: "Let the phone detect your location"; "Using GPS, anonymised Wi-Fi 
and cellular network info"
  All done: "Your phone is now ready to use"
