New possible behavior of this bug: (could not screen shot those milisecond when it happend, so here steps:)
- check an app like telegram - close it - open it When opening, you can see the loading screen of the app (white background with telegram logo in center) Just before you see that loading screen, this wibdowd cole with a sliding from right effect. In our case, a transparent effect is added too.
