  Unprivileged lxc will not start after being stopped

Status in lxc package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Using lxc package 2.0.0~rc4-0ubuntu1 on a Xenial host, I can start an
  unprivileged Xenial LXC, but if I stop it, it will not start again
  without rebooting the host.

  I've attached the debug output.
