Also confirmed for krillin.
Reproduce:
1. Create PPTP connection that you know works (my PPTP connection works on
the desktop)
2. Enable it

What happens:
No data flow, can't load anything inside/outside the domain (?)
What should happen:
Expected this to work, I see a pptp connection in ifconfig [1]
