  lightdm crashed with SIGSEGV in realloc()

Bug description:
  Sometimes it hides the password field, then after a few minutes crash.

  Other times it just hides the password field and sits there.

  Each way, when you reboot the machine, the error above (lightdm
  crashed with SIGSEGV in realloc()) is raised and reported here.
