Title:
Disable hardware home button on arale when greeter is active

Status in Canonical System Image:
  Confirmed
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  current build number: 298
  device name: arale
  channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu.en

On devices with a hardware button, tapping on it when on the greeter
dismisses the greater and reveals the keypad to unlock the screen. If,
for some reason, the display turns on (power button pressed
inadvertently or battery notification for example) while the device is
in a pocket, the button is pressed, the greeter dismissed and the
pocket starts tapping random keys until the device is completely
  locked.

This button must be disabled when the device is locked.
