I don't see this happening - but alas they revert after reboot. Not sure
if that would be related.

Bug description:
  If you check the location and gps checkboxes from the indicator-
  location and then after a minute view the setting again you will see
  that they are nolonger checked.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Pull down the location indicator
  2. Select the checkboxes for Location and GPS
  3. Push the indicator back up
  4. Wait a minute
  5. Pull down the location indicator.

  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  I should still have 2 boxes checked.
