  Camera app stop capturing images when it is reopen

Status in camera-app package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The camera app shows a black screen when it is reopened, it happens
  after use the web browser app.

  Steps to reproduce:
  ------------------------------

  1. go to the apps scope and click on the camera app icon
  2. Accept the camera request
  3. Take a picture and dismiss the photo hint
  4. go to the apps scope and click on the webbrowser app icon
  5. Wait until the web browser is opened
  6. go to the apps scope and click on the camera app icon

  Then the screen is black and the pictures cannot be taken.
