Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use adaptive layout and assign a Listview with Scrollbars in the first
column (primary page)
2. Try to move the scroll using the mouse cursor.

Expected Results:
The scrollbar should be easy to grab and move smoothly.

Actual Results:
Large part of the scrollbar triggers the column resize insted of moving the
scroll.
Only way to move the scroll is to grab from the left end or near it.
