Should this bug be renamed to "console-setup doesn't configure Virtual Console font at start-up" ?

The correct line which will set up both the keyboard map and the font is: ExecStart=/bin/setupcon The complete modified file is attached. I would be willing to submit a pull request on the relevant git repository if someone could point me in the right direction.
