Nope, the contacts are synced as they appear in the log and can be deleted throw syncevolution.

UX is not perfect since I have to manually sync from terminal, but this is not the bug. My addressbook is also synced on a laptop and an android device. On each device (and server) I have 486 contacts but in the ubuntu-addressbook-app, I miss several contacts. I seen there entries while syncing in terminal but nothing in the app, neither in the call history. If I manually add a missing contact, after syncing, I have a double contact on other devices. Is it related to cache / number limit... I don't know.
