This is incorrect, as only user facing strings should be translatable. Error messages that are meant to go into a log file only (as opposed as to being displayed to the user screen) should not be marked as translatable. Most importantly strings like "DATA_SOURCE_ID FORMAT_STRING EMPTY_DATA_STRING USERNAME [AMOUNT]" will break things in the library if they are translated, and should be left as plain strings.
