Bootstrap the latest rc-proposed 2. Open clock app after a long start up time you will note that you were not asked 3. Open the weather app and see similar behaviour EXPECTED: All most instant popup for trust store to allow location access ACTUAL: A long delay before the app opens and then no trust prompt and no location detection.
