Only reproducible due to bug #1583944, but could a problem none the
less.

Steps:
* have a PIN-locked SIM
* reboot
* swipe sideways to dismiss the SIM PIN dialog (bug #1583944)
* tap Unlock SIM in the network indicator

Expected:
* SIM PIN dialog is shown again

* nothing
