Title:
  Huge icons in network indicator

Status in ubuntu-settings-components package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Flash a fresh image on turbo
  2. With the sim in slot 2
  3. Drag down the network indicator and tap on cellular
  4. In cellular change the 4g connection to 2g
  5. As soon as the cellular icon disappears from the indicator swipe down the
indicator
  6. Switching now between 2g and 4g and 4g and 2g will now keep the big icon
till the phone is restarted.

  EXPECTED:
I expect the indicator to behave in the similar fashion to the other device
which keep an empty cellular icon in play the whole time

  ACTUAL:
  See screenshot.
